With the specific aim of improving customer service, the new enquiry page will enable customers to present to us in one direct message, all the information we require to process their spare parts query, including images and account information.

An effective and efficient form based submission will mean that customers both nationally and internationally can contact HEIGHTS 24/7, with the option of messaging either our UK or USA base.
